thanks to all..actually i had cervical stich in 14th week and my docter allowed me to do light physical activities but not to put pressure on lower region.so just want to ask that does these belts helps in reducing pressure of growing belly

I have heard it helps but I have never used if though ...I don't like anything tight around me ...sometimes even irritated by elastics ...so never tried..

If your growing belly is causing you discomfort,then it can help.I personally did not use it during my pregnancy..It is used to support the growing belly..
