Doctor I have been tested on hospital lab and my report are missing.mam actually when did my pregnancy happen September itself because my first scan at October 28 show 7 weeks 2 day only

I have msg my query many times but not responding. Now am 38 week pregnant. My weeks are based on ultrasound because my last period date was unknown. In September and October I missed period but September 28 I checked pregnancy it show negative on urine and blood test. But again October I missed period and oct 28 pregnancy show positive and ultrasound show 7 weeks 2 day .my due on june 13 from this how can I know when did I actually get pregnant
