💖Home made dry fruit powder
Ingredients Almonds 1 cup
Cashew nuts 1 cup
Pistachio nuts 1/2 cup
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Makhana 1/2 cup
Saffron strands few
Nutmeg powder 1tsp
Method
👉Dry roast nuts one by one till it attains a crunchy texture.
Let the dry fruits cool completely.
👉Dry roast saffron on a few seconds and keep them aside.
👉Dry roast; Makhana for 10 -15 min.
While grinding, use the pulse mode at a time.
👉Keep stirring the powder after every pulse with the help of a spoon.
👉Store the powder mix in an airtight container once it is completely cool.
💖Don’t over grind the nuts as it will start separating oils and the mixture will become oily and too much sticky.
You can add cardamom dry ginger powder.
Cool everything completely before making powder.
This powder can be;mixed with;milk or can be added to porridge,;cerelac, idli or dosa batter etc. Dry fruit powder can also be used to make halwa, laddoos, chapatti, kheer, custards etc This powder can be given to babies above 10 months.
