during c section anesthesia given in back bone now paining a lot. any remedy for same PL suggest

Sometimes anaesthesia can lead to whats called as Spinal headache. its not exactly a lower back ache..it feels like entire neck to back is paining. I am suffering currently and it's horrible.
would love to know any tips to combat same.

Hi. Spinal anesthesia is not a cause for back pain. Post delivery the back pain is likely to be either due to wrong posture or due to inadequate calcium intake. sit straight while feeding and use multiple pillows to make yourself comfortable. also continue iron supplementation as recommended by your gynaec. there are some exercises which can be done after 6weeks that a physiotherapist can teach you
