During last 2 days my wife is feeling ache in her back when she wakes up from sleep. Also she feel itching mostly during night. She is 20 weeks pregnant with twins. Why so?
Backache is common during pregnancy, ask her to sleep to her left and put pillows for support and take care while getting up. If stomach is itching ask her to apply coconut oil or bio oil or strech marks cream. If whole body is itching then take her to gynecologist, liver function test need to be done if required.
