During my pregnancy a doctor once told me "whatever you will eat this time will be an investment on the health of your child" I used to strictly follow the concept of eating 5 types of fruits and 5 types of vegetable in a day, a green vegetable was a must.. I used to include as many colors of fruits n vegetables in my daily diet. Apart from this plenty of fluids in form of fresh juice, milk, chaas or curd (probiotic is a must)
Around 2-2.5 ml of water as well. I will share the detailed meal plan in my next post..
I took a balanced diet last time and am taking a somewhat balanced diet this time too... Mainly because I have a toddler now, and can't give her junk😁
