during pregnancy how much weight increase is normal. my height is 5 feet 3' . and my weight is 61. I am already overweight by 10 kgs as per my height. I am running 5th mth now.

Hi,Tanushree, it depends on ur BMI.Everyone need not to gain weight. People with low BMI, need to gain more...n with high BMI, 5 to 9 kgs would be enough.please talk to ur gynecologist..

Hi Tanushree! As an expecting mom weight gain was always on my mind. The key is to eat healthy and be active throught. You are not eating for two but yes nutrients are preferred than junk food.
