i normally munch on dry fruits, masala oats , idli and green chutney , salads , roasted peanut chaat , bhelpuri , digestive biscuits , upma , suji halwa at <u>times</u>

nuts,&nbsp; dry fruits, khakhra,&nbsp; fruits, popcorn,&nbsp; boiled corns&nbsp; , chana boiled or roasted,&nbsp; paneer shallow fried.&nbsp; curd / yoghurt with fruits . avoid outside food.&nbsp;
