Easy #foodhacks Series Why give your kiddo fat laden nachos out of an air blown bag, when you can make yummy nachos at home? Keep chapatis overnight in a zipped foil. Next morning, cut these into triangles witj a sharp kitchen knife. You can even make corn atta dough or makki ka dough pretty tight. Flatten it and cut into triangles. Heat some rice bran oil and fry these nachos. Drain excess oil on tissue or kitchen paper. Make a dip by blending some fresh Malai with Yoghurt and add tomato ketchup and a hint of salt-pepper. Blend smooth. Refrigerate it and serve with piping hot nachos. Add oregano or mixed herbs in nachos before serving. #foodhacks#easyfood#kitchenhacks #kolkatamoms
