A Healthy n Tasty Quick recipe for your kiddo n adults too..
In Ramzan..after whole day fasting we break our fast with dates n yummilious dishes n plates loaded with fruits. .this I tried for the 1st time n it was a hit..Looking at the ice-cream sticks my son who is at times eat like a kumb karan n at times go on fast for days.. 😧 got excited n had mouthful of bitess n my heart was content 🤗
Definitely give a try n enjoy this quickie dish..!
Ingredients:
Ingredients -🔸500 gms boneless chkn.
🔸4 medium potatoes(boiled).
🔸2 bread slices soaked in water.
🔸1 tbsp chilli flakes.
🔸1 tblsp roasted jeera powder.
🔸Chopped green chillies (as per ur taste) .
🔸Chopped coriander.
🔸Breadcrumbs.
🔸1 egg.
🔸Salt to taste.
Method-
Cook; chkn with salt pepper n ginger garlic paste. After cooking shredd them n mix it with boiled mashed potatoes.
Strain bread slices with palm tightly n mix them with chkn n potatoes
Add all; the spices n salt with chopped coriander
Make shapes(patties or balls)n insert ice cream stickes carefully,insert them till the top of the patties.
Before frying coat them with bread crumbs then egg with salt and again with bread crumbs n deep fry them.
Serve hot with dash of lime n chutney or sauce.😊 NOTE: Vegetarians can replace chicken with paneer and for egg coating,cornflour paste can be used..it taste yummy this way too!
