Egg Muffin Cups

INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 4
onion - 2 tbsp
Green Capsicum - ¼ cup chopped
Spinach - a handful
Milk - 2 tbsp
Ghee/ Butter - 1 tsp
Wheat flour -2 tsp

Preparation :
Keep all the ingredients ready. Finely chop onions, capsicum and spinach.
In a mixing bowl, add cracked eggs and add milk.
Then beat the eggs until frothy and fluffy with a fork or hand whisk.
Then add chopped onions, spinach, capsicum, Mix everything together.
Grease the muffin liners lightly with butter/ghee. Then sprinkle little wheat flour on each liner and turn it upside down.
Tap it slightly to get rid of excess flour.
Pour the prepared egg mixture into muffin liners
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes (baking time depends on the size of the muffin tray and oven) at 180°C till tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in tray for 5 minutes .

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
