INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 3
Onion - 1 medium sized
Pepper - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - as needed
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation
Take eggs,onion . Break eggs in a mixing bowl and discard the shell. Beat them well with a whisk.
Chop the onions and finely and mix well with beaten eggs along with salt. Keep it ready.
Method
Heat a dosa tawa, add a laddle of egg batter to it and spread it over the tawa.
Add a tsp of oil over it and sprinkle half a tsp of pepper powder over it.Cook for three minutes and flip the omelette.
Cook for another two minutes and remove it from tawa.
