Ingredients:
2 Eggs, beaten
1 bowl Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
1 Green Chilli, chopped
2 tablespoons Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya), chopped
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Knead a smooth dough using 1 cup water, flour, salt and oil. Divide the dough into 4 balls.
Flatten a dough ball evenly using a rolling pin, then fold it twice to form a triangle. Repeat and roll out a triangle with the remaining dough.
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add chopped onions, chili, coriander leaves, garam masala and salt (As per taste).
Flip the rolled flattened dough in a well-heated pan and let it cook for 1-2 minutes on both sides. Add oil to the surface and let it cook for a few seconds.
Notice when the edges start to get crispy, make a cut using a sharp knife along the folds and pour half the quantity of the egg mix. Tilt the paratha a little so that the egg sticks properly.
Flip and repeat the process on the other side. Spray some oil on the paratha and press firmly with a spatula. Cook until you see the paratha fluffing up and turning crisp brown.
