INGREDIENTS
1 egg
60 ml milk
2 drops of vanilla essence (optional)
1 pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
METHOD
1) Beat the egg well with a fork. Add the milk and beat again till well mixed.
2) Add vanilla or cinnamon to the egg-milk mixture and beat again to combine.
3) Pour the mixture into a small heat proof bowl and steam it. You can use an idli cooker or a steamer. If using a pressure cooker, add sufficient water and cook for 1 to 2 whistles.
4) Serve the pudding warm.
