Preparation :
1.Peel the shell and cut the egg in half.
2. Pop out the yolk and mash well.
3. Mix it with breast milk or formula to make egg puree.
4. Serve in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon.
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
