GULAB JAMUN

For jamun:
🍨1.5;cup;(100 grams) milk powder, unsweetened

🍨1;cup;(50 grams) maida

🍨1/4 cup Suji

🍨1/4 cup Aatta

🍨1;tsp;baking powder

🍨4;tbsp;ghee

Milk;(for kneading)

🍨Ghee(for frying)
For sugar syrup:

🍨4;cup;sugar

🍨4;cup;water

🍨4;cardamom

;🍨Saffron

Recipe

🍨In a bowl take milk powder, maida, wholewheat atta, suji and baking powder

🍨Mix them all well. Now add 2 tbsp ghee and mix well making the flour moist.

🍨Now add milk to make a soft dough

🍨Cover the dough and rest it for 20-30 minutes

🍨Lets make the sugar syrup take sugar, water, cardamom and saffron

🍨Mix well and boil for 5 to 7 minutes or till the sugar syrup turns sticky

🍨Now take the dough amd start preaparing small ball sized jamuns

Make sure there are no cracks in the balls

🍨Take ghee for deep frying

🍨Fry on low flame.

🍨Fry until the jamuns turn golden brown

🍨Transfer the jamun into a hot sugar syrup

🍨Cover and rest for 2-3 hours or until jamuns absorb the sugar syrup and doubles in size
