Feeling annoyed
Two separate incidents in the recent past- both involving second pregnancies
1- mom made to fast, go on special diet etc to conceive a boy
2- advanced maternal age and host of other issues- yet tried for a male child , so that could ask for share in families property etc
When will this madness stop?
In both, moms were willing and part of the scheme.
They both succeeded , wish fulfilled.
Imagine how special this baby is always going to be treated as. Or I should say spoilt rotten, growing up thinking he is a gift to the world. 🤔🙁🙁
(No offence to anyone, I know everyone's got their own views and preferences- some want a boy and some want a girl, thats ok, but some things eg. in these cases are just plain crazy and wrong to me)
P.s. - I had a couple of people asking me after my second delivery, if I DID anything SpECIAL to have a boy.

By bua and her sister in law both have two daughters only and never tried for third even it was decades back. And now in this current age My sis in laws jethani after two daughters underwent numerous abortions and finally delivered a boy...education and generation doesn't change Mentality

This is the mentality of people and society. Even the educated ones want male child cozz betiyan "vansh aage nai badha skti"...; If the educated thinks this way nothing can be changed
