Hello Aditi...I delivered baby 3 months ago through normal delivery. I had gained 16 kgs in pregnancy. already reduced 10 kgs. I dont want to reduce more. do you have any fitness mantra to maintain health weight. pls guide.

i have hypothyroid.

I didn't read the hypothyroid part. I hope you are taking your medication for the same too. Before you follow any workout and eating plan please consult your doctor :)

it's great you have come this far. continue to do what you are doing. The six small meals funda is very good to keep your metabolism running.  As you are bf (I presume) consume 500 calories more than you normally take. Usually with the 6 meals, this aspect is taken care of. Have a balanced diet- protein, carbs, healthy fats through eggs, vegetables, fruits, dry fruits, pulses and cereals (rice, rotis) Take daily walks. It will keep you active. If you feel good you can even try doing light workout at home. Strength training through resistance or yoga is a great way to build muscle and not lose weight. But don't use heavy weights. Avoid doing too much cardio if you don't want to lose weight. You are anyway getting enough through bf ;) tc! :-)
