Fitness is habit which improves us every day and it takes a lot of dedication and determination to follow it religiously. For example, there was a time when I struggled with holding a plank even for 30 seconds. I got better gradually, and now I can hold for three minutes easily! The next step is to extend it to 5 minutes or more. These small improvements motivate me to do better and keep on going.
