Food & Hygiene Tips for Toddlers * Avoid Tea / Coffee till age 13 *Brushing gums shud start from 4 months of age with finger Brush.. As soon as Teeths arrive brush 2 times a day * Avoid Soft drinks or energy drinks like Bournvita/Horlicks/Complan etc.. Substitute with dry fruit milk, Fennel drink, Fruit milkshake * Hand wash before and After eating Food and gargle after Food * Once in a while Junk is allowed but not a daily routine * Let them consume buttermilk, coconut water * Provide different Types of chutneys while kid is consuming Food..
