Hi<br> During pregnancy, you must <u>eat</u> a well balanced diet, stay hydrated, avoid eating processed foods and fast foods, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, stay active, maintain a healthy life style, eat home made foods as much as possible. Take all your prescribed medicines on time. Go for regular check ups. TC.
