Most of the people I know have love for Chinese food and when it comes as a sizzler..all the more good. I am not a very big Chinese food fan but hubby and kiddo are , so we have it sometimes, mostly outside.
We recently visited a famous sizzler joint and were excited but to our dismay, the sizzler (we ordered less spicy one after asking the waiter) turned out to be too spicy and taste was also very average. I don't usually waste food, but we were forced to waste it. The worst part was that my kiddo was really disappointed and had tears in her eyes..she slept hungry.;
So I today decided to make her happy by making a Chinese sizzler for her. It had no ajino motto and was customized as per our taste.
For a mother even a 2 hour toil in kitchen in summer is nothing in front of her child's smile...this told me what my mom sometimes did for us..
I do t have a sizzler plate so used a pan...
