For past 20 days I have been thinking and talking only about Csection , hospital, baby, breastfeeding, breast milk.. I sometimes forget to enjoy my mommy hood, Felt really low as my hubby left abroad and today all of the sudden I remembered an incident and conversation at the hospital while getting discharged and I'm still laughing thinking about my Hubby. So on 9th January noon I got discharged,; before that my doctor was giving me few advise about Breastfeeding, my daughter stopped latching on the 2nd day as she was confused with katori chamach(Formula) and BF. My doctor said I can express the milk and feed her so that she will forget the formula taste. Hubby: Oh so the milk can be extracted? Doctor : Yes, Breast milk can also be saved and it won't spoil if it's kept in the fridge. Hubby: That's great , so whenever she needs milk we can take out from fridge BOIL IT and feed her? Doctor: Nooooooooooo The doctor shared my hubby's intelligent question with entire hospital staffs and they were all laughing till we got discharged. 😂😂 but my hubby kept arguing how can we give her chilled unboiled milk.... Thank god my daughter latched as soon as we came home.

I think it's very much normal that we think about our stitches, pains, OT, breastfeeding, milk, Latching etc. after delivery. It seems like this is the only course of work we hv to do. But I think as the baby will grow we will also begin to enjoy our lives. Time is a strong factor.

Hi @5fedec01cccb6d0014097596 on a clueless note. So does that mean you remove the milk and give it after keeping at room temperature for sometime? Will the milk not get spoilt before feeding. I think your hubby has got us thinking. First time parents it is, everything is a wonder no matter how silly we sound.
