French Beans Puree

Ingredients :
1. French beans – 10
2. Potato - ½
3. Turmeric (optional) - a small pinch

Preparation :
1. Chop the french beans into small pieces after washing them
2. Peel the washed potatoes and cut them into small wedges.
3. Place the cut beans and potatoes in a pressure cooker and steam them.
4. Cook the beans for about 4 to 5 whistles and let it cool naturally.
5. When cool, blend to a smooth paste.
6. Pour in a bowl and feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby.
