Apple is a superfood for babies. Yummy in taste and rich in fiber.
Ingredients :
sweet apple - 1
water - 2 -3 tbsp
Preparation:
1. First, wash and peel the apple. Cut them into slices/ chunks.
2. Add the apple slices to a pressure cooker. Add 2-3 tablespoon water to it.
3. Pressure cook the apples for 2 whistles to cook well.
4. Put them in a mixer grinder and make a smooth puree.
5. Add more water to achieve smooth and thin consistency.
6. Put in a baby bowl and feed the baby with a spoon
Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby.
