From few days , morning frst urine is dark yellow colour nd gradually the dark color gets less nd by afternoon it bcomes pure white.

I too get dark colour urine as my 1st urine. That's okay just keep drinking water.

If you wake up in night try to have a glass of water,,, it is because of straight 10 hours no fluid intake..
