From which month i should start walking and exercise to lose my belly weight . My belly still looks like as if im 6th month pregnant . Im also using tummy belt but there is no use of it

Hey dear it look almost 9months for your baby to grow, from a tiny dot to a 2-4 kg human being, imagine the stretch daily our tummy and belly must be going through. Hence it will take same time around may be from8-12 months. Be strong and happy. Time heals everything. Right now have confidence on yourself, love your body coz you have done incredible work, making a life into you. Thank your body. Its very marvellous. You are divine and also your body

Hi it took 9 months to get this tummy so it will take time to loose it. By 3 months you can go for small walks.
