As you start weaning your baby you have to introduce fruits to his diet. Here iam posting fruit purees which you can give your 6+ month baby 👶
APPLE PURÉE🍎 Apple-1/2 Water-1/2 cup Formula/breast milk-1 tbsp
Cut apple into pieces, cook that apple pieces until it becomes soft. It may take 5-10 minutes if cooked with lid closed. When it comes to room temperature, mash it with a blender. Add water to adjust consistency according to your baby’s taste. You can add a teaspoon of formula milk or breast milk to enhance taste.
•Apples are rich in antioxidants and thus take good care of the heart of your little angel.These are also rich sources of vitamin C, that keeps his immune system in good health.
PEAR PURÉE 🍐 Pear-1/2 Water-1/2 cup Breast/formula milk- 1 tbsp
Cut the pear into small pieces (remove seeds and skin). Steam chopped pear pieces in a steamer for 5 minutes or until soft. Now blend it with little water to a smooth paste in a blender. You can add a teaspoon of formula milk or breast milk to enhance taste. Now it’s ready to serve.
•Pears are high in fiber, potassium and Vitamin C.
BANANA PURÉE Banana-1
Mash the banana using a fork. Ready to serve
•Bananas boost a variety of other minerals, as well as certain vitamins, including vitamins A, B6, B12, folate.
PAPAYA PURÉE Mash the papaya with a fork.
•papaya contain high amounts of Vitamin C and even Vitamin E. Papayas are also a good source of fiber and folic acid.
