Milk -for kneading dough Melted butter-1 cup(I used low fat)
Garlic paste-1 tbsp
Fresh chopped coriander-1 tbsp For Garlic butter mix butter, Garlic and coriander and keep it aside.
Process
Mix One cup warm water with one spoon sugar and one spoon dry yeast.keep it covered for 15 minutes. Now take one and half cup All purpose flour,half cup wheat flour,two spoon milk powder and salt as per taste in a bowl. Now combine fermented yeast in flour Mixture. Knead for 5-10 minutes with milk as per requirement. Make dough like we make for chapati. Keep Covered for 2 hours. Dough will raise to double. Now take the dough and mash for 2 minutes. Make one chapati. Spread low fat melted butter, which is mixed with garlic paste and fresh chopped coriander. Roll it And cut one and half inch length cubes. keep them in butter brushed metal tray . Ring shape should be on upper side. keep them in oven for half hour. It will double again. Now again brush with prepared Garlic butter and little milk. Now bake at 180° c for 10 to 15 minutes. Now brush little butter. Serve hot hot Crispy, fluffy,mouth melting yummy garlic butter rolls with cheese dip. If you want less Crispy then keep it covered with kitchen towel for 5 minutes...
