Ingredients
Cauliflower - 1
Onion - 1 [finely chopped]
Green chili - 3 [finely chopped]
Garlic - 4 bulbs [finely chopped]
Green spring onion -3 springs [finely chopped]
Red chilli paste - 3 tbsp (nice grind 5 red chilli in a mixer grinder)
Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Corn flour /Rice flour - 3 tbsp
Maida / all purpose flour/wheat flour- 1/4 cup
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
Preparation
Break the whole cauliflower into medium florets
Heat water, sea salt & turmeric powder.
Put cauliflower boil for 2 min to remove worms inside the Cauliflower
Now there are two major steps.
1. The first step is Deep frying the Gobi
In a bowl add maida and corn flour with salt and pepper
Add water and mix well make flowing consistency.
Dip the broken cauliflower into the maida & corn flour batter
Deep fry till crisp and golden brown.
2. Making gravy is the second step
Heat oil in a pan heat add chopped onions saute
Add garlic & green chilli saute.
Add tomato sauce, red chilli paste, & soya sauce
Finally add 1 tsp of corn flour and add water
Sprinkle pepper and salt
