Got to knw tat Lactare ( milk supply stimulating medicines) have side effects like weight gain!!

Well I have <u>taken</u> lactare tabs and haven't experienced weight gain. Infact I have lost 6 kgs post partum.. <br>
<u>Also</u> lactare is not a medicine it is ayurvedic supplement

I never tried it! Instead I went for Ayurveda solution. Took shatavari lehya..
