Green Gram Rice

Ingredients :
1. Rice - 1 tbsp soaked
2. Green Gram- 1 tbs
3. Ghee - 1 Tsp
4. Turmeric powder - ⅛ tsp
5. Water - As required

Preparation :
1. Heat a pressure cooker with ghee.
2. Then drain the water from soaked rice and dal and add to the cooker. Mix well.
3. Add a pinch of turmeric powder and add 1 cup of water
4. Cook everything in a medium flame for 5-7 whistles.
5. Once cool mash the rice well with your hands or with a masher.
6. Serve lukewarm and feed with a baby spoon .

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
