it's not necessary... depends on babys head circumference, ur body type<br> if ur body recovers fast then u won't feel more than a little discomfort after delivery...first few days are critical ..don't <u>worry</u>

its not compulsory, it is done if baby does not have enough space to pass through vagina. it will have pain till it heals...
