Doc generally ask to avoid... But still if u hv some ceremony.. Then try wearing one wid a soft sole.. N avoid tripping off.. If u get backache.. Stop using it immediately..

Well if you are comfortable but if you get back ache then dont wear. Have seen ladies wearing heals till their 2nd trimester but really don't know if they had backache issue or not.
