Here's a trick..

Apply a coat of ur lipstick ..now put a tissue paper on ur lips and dab some talcum powder or baby powder on the tissue wid the help of a brush or u can apply the powder directly on ur lips..remove the excess..now put on another coat of ur lipstick..voilaa!!!
