Had bleeding episode last month and now on complete bed rest. Doctor told low lying placenta is the reason. I am now on Duphaston and Duavilian tablets. Worried about pre-term labour as I still feel pain in lower abdomen off and on. :(

Avoid all kind of physical exertions like climbing stairs, long standing or walking, intercoarse, foods which causes constipated stools.. do foot end elevation while sleeping..
