i am suffering from heavy weight....I have 11 mnhs baby...suggest me how to lose weight....plzzzzzzz

if u actually want to lose weight... U 'll hv to change ur eaTing pattern ....
6 meals in a day...<br>
breakfast....eggs or veggie sandwich <br>
mid day.. . fruits<br>
lunch... only one chapati with sabzi <br>
evng tea n dinner again one chapati at aroubd 7:<u>30</u>

u can lose ur weight with yoga add juice liquid things in ur breakfast eat only 2 chapatis take cucumber, salad one time fruits so cn lose weight this is my own experience...:-) but u need self motivation and patience on <u>time</u>
