Haiii all, am in 11th week of pregnancy. Iam not at all getting interst to eat morning breakfasts like idli, dosa,vada .what should be the diet for morning before leaving to office????

Have from fruits , nuts , juices , and some cereals.. later you can have little more... Take small meals in gaps...
