I don't think you will find a cream that makes baby skin change colour. however, some creams when not suiting the baby tend to darken the skin... try out different brands to see what works for you... we used Himalaya initially but are now using Mamaearth and like it.. also it is a natural product so no toxins.

skin colour is genetic, no cream can make it fair. baby's skin colour keeps changing till 6 months. you can try <font color ="#3b5998"><b><a href="http://app.babychakra.com/service/29865">Mamaearth</a></b></font> for soft moisturised skin
