Replace mayonnaise with cashew chutney - 20 cashews, 3-4 pieces of garlic,&nbsp; 1 tsp of lemon juice and a bit if salt. Grind in your chutney jar in your mixer and you are ready to go! It can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days but tastes best when fresh. All ingredients can be adjusted in proportion to cater to your taste.
