There is no set amount of each ingredient really, make to your own taste. I used a food processor to munch up the mixture and I didn’t make it too fine as I like the crunch. Ingredients
Almonds
Walnuts
Sunflower Seeds
Pumpkin Seeds
ground linseed
Coconut flakes or coconut threads Method Simply blitz to your required ‘size’, then store in an airtight container in the fridge. Two heaped dessertspoons would be a serving, on top of Greek yoghurt and berries. Added cream is optional.
