Haven't got my periods....!! Worried like hell ...!  😱😨

Checked for pregnancy 2 days back only but it was negative...,,

I got periods after 3 months of my delivery,,  i. e, 2nd of last month...

I used to get periods regularly before pregnancy...

Is thyroid got to do something with this... 😕

Experts pls advice
