Initial stages are like that.... Tak a good warm bath.. Keep. Urself hydrate... N tak small walks n thn increase the time... Be active..

you get very different and weird changes and pains in this period...key to be healthy is, eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, excercise and keep your doctor informed.... good luck

hi dear, make sure you ate hydrated, drink atleast 3 ltrs water daily. eat a balanced diet and rest well.. do talk to yoir doctor about it to identify any deficiencies...
