Happens due to hormonal changes. Don't over think n stress out ..<br> Drink k lots of water n fluids ..

Drink plenty of water and see, When you are dehydrated headache is possible. Also check your BP, if its high headache is possible. Due to pregnancy harmones heart palpitation is normal.
