Having lower abdominal pain since today morning. My first urine today was slightly redish also. Is it a serious matter . Is it due to intercourse. Please suggest .

Mampi please avoid intercourse, drink plenty of water and see. Dehydration causes pain but if the pain not going then better to consult doctor.
