hb level is 7.5 gm so pregancy its not posibal ?so what i am eating dait pls answer friends moms

U should first improve ur hb level and then try for conception. Consult ur doctor for starting iron folic acid and vitamin b supplements. And in diet u can include spinach, green leafy vegetables, all dry fruits, drumsticks, lean meat, eggs, milk, paneer, raw bananas, plaintain, pomegranates, etc. U can start cooking in iron utensils also. Before trying for conception ur hb should be within 10 to 14. Check ur hb at regular intervals by consulting ur doctor.
