Because I used wheat flour, ragi flour, oats powdered. Also, jaggery + sugar mix. And lots of dry fruits.
I know it's too much at once but believe me it was easiest and yummiest. 😋
My oven is under repair from many days so I was not baking anything. And I am not the perfect baker. But from many days seeing many moms's doing healthy bakes for their kids I wanted to try for my daughter as well. She loves cakes.❤
So after doing so research on YouTube, I came up with this recipe.
And one of my friend on Instagram shared her idea of making cakes in idli cooker. So I mixed both ideas and made this healthy cakes Ingredients & Quantity::

Dry ingredients:
Wheat flour 1/2 cup
Ragi flour+ oats flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
Dry fruits( raisins, almonds, cashews)
Chico chips.
Wet ingredients:
1Egg white
Oil 1/2 cup
Milk 1cup
Jaggery+ sugar(powdered) mix 1/2 cup

Procedure::
Firstly mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix wet ingredients in another bowl with jaggery+sugar mix. Try to dissolve sugar+jaggery mix in wet ingredients.
Then mix both dry and wet ingredients together.

I use steel idli cooker.
Keep the cooker on low flame. Leave lower tray empty. Then grease other tray and pour mixture. Close the cooker. And cook it for 20min on low flame. Keep watch on lower trays, As they get burnt.

And ta da your cake in idli cooker is ready..
(Vegetarians can use 1 cup milk + vinegar or buttermilk).
