HEALTHY ENERGY DRINK :
Give this drink to your kid instead of plain milk or chocolate milk..its healthy & gives energy to kid for sure! try it....

ingredients:

*soaked & peeled almonds( 2 hours)
* soaked cashues & raisins( 15 min)
* soaked dates ( in milk)
* pistachios
* walnuts
* honey
* milk
* cardamom powder
* nutmeg powder ( a pinch)

☆ method:
in a mixer jar take almonds, cashues, raisins, walnuts, pistas & soaked dates( with milk)
* add cardamom & nutmeg powder
* add required milk
* churn it..
* take it in a glass & add honey
* garnish with any grated dryfruit..
its ready to serve!
