Healthy mix veg appe
Ingredients

Dosa batter -1 cup

Mix veggies - 1/2 cup

Salt - as required

Ginger - garlic grated - 1' inch piece each

Oil- as required

Mustard seed , urad dhal- 1 spoon each
Preparation

1. Splutter mustard seed and urad dhal in oil.

2. Add ginger garlic , mixed vegetables and salt.

3. Saute for 5 mins.

4. Mix sautéed veggies in dosa batter.

5. Add salt if needed.

6. Brush appe/ paniyaram pan with oil or ghee whichever you prefer.

7. Pour in the batter.

8. Cover with lid .

9. After 3 mins flip to other side and cook.

10. Mix veg appe is ready.
Variation : you can add boiled broccoli , egg, sweet potato if you prefer.
Side : Can feed baby just the dish since it's having spice and salt. If needed can be served with curd.
