carrot :1

Beans :4-5

potato, :1big size

tomato :1

Moong dal: 4 spoons

Oats : 4. spoons

Method...

Take pressure cooker heat it. , put 2 tablespoons f oil/ ghee

Nxt put 1/2spoons mustard seeds nd cumin seeds,, add onions fry it well in oil.., add all vegetables saute it well.. aftr add tomato, ltlbit salt,termaric powder nd pepper powder n saute it well

Add 3 cups f water, aftr 2 minute add oats.. close it,

Cook it till 4-5 veasils..

Ready to serve now
